Service Project Planning Details

Some of the group and I were able to talk to the President of Circle K tonight. Her name is Becky Wilson. We went into detail on what we are trying to plan for the service project.

First, the two main things we are doing is a recruitment drive and help organize/set up the event. Second, we discussed about who we would like to target to help (mostly other organizations on campus and fraternities/sororities). We plan on either setting up a booth, chalking, sheet, and/or flyers. Finally, we talked about the time we might like to do it. We are thinking in the beginning of November sometime.
